A clean room
Very basic room, no coffee facilities , good for a very short stay.
Booking.com should clearly state in their add, that extra charges will be included, not after the reservation was made. These charges are normally listed when rooms are being advertised. After two months of travel in off peak time, many extra charges are omited, however, as we were leaving, we were requested to pay extra money for city tax. This is normally done as soon as we are checking in, but, no mention of extra payment was made then. Hotel personal informed me that he was paid less money that was showing on my receipt from booking.com. …there seems to be some discrepancies showing.

Wonderful
Clean. The windows had roller blinds which allowed for a dark room to sleep comfortably in. The late check-in went smoothly. Everything was quiet and comfortable.
We had some difficulties connecting to the WiFi (which seem to have been mostly caused by outdated technology on the host's part, but maybe some were also caused by our devices), but we managed to do it in the end.

Good
Comfortable bed, good bathroom, additional chair, good location, good staff, clean room. Nice hotel. Not new, but nice. City center is near. You can walk or use the bus. Staff is very nice. The room is very clean and cosy. Heating is good.
Weak soundproof. If you have loud neighbors next to you or upstairs, it is difficult to avoid the noises. Windows are not in good condition.

Great service and value
Amazing value! The hotel might look dated from the outside and the lobby but the room looked very clean and quite well maintained. The staff was communicating well and super helpful - letting us check in quite early. The indian restaurant next door has an amazing butter chicken! Oh and the location is great with short walk to the city center. Walking from the main station was quite far
We had groups of teenagers staying at the hotel, shouting across the street and running in the hallway. Not the hotel’s fault though
